Your Safety

We have our products independently tested by a cosmetic chemist and we carry out our own pH and batch control tests to make sure you get only the very best in product standard.

Patch testing

If you have sensitive skin we always recommend doing a small patch test with our products first, because people can have individual reactions to all manner of substances natural or otherwise and it is certainly better to go carefully if you feel you may be at risk. We will be happy to provide you with little samples for you to try.

Returns

Of course we rather hope that this will not be something you will need to do, but if you are not happy with any of our products please do talk to us about it, we will be happy to take feedback good or bad and will do all we can reasonably do to make you happy with an alternative product or a refund.
